Corporate Paralegal - Contract and Compliance

We're currently seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join our legal and compliance team in Cottage Grove, WI. This pivotal role supports the entire legal operations spectrum-contracts, corporate governance, compliance, and intellectual property. What You'll Do:



  • Draft, review, and manage commercial agreements (MSAs, NDAs, BAAs, vendor contracts, etc.)
  • Maintain and improve our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes
  • Support entity management and board documentation
  • Assist in regulatory reporting and compliance with healthcare laws
  • Help manage intellectual property portfolios and related agreements
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and external counsel on legal and compliance matters


Who You Are:



  • 4+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal (healthcare or life sciences preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree and ABA-approved paralegal certificate (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with NetSuite or similar systems
  • Experienced with CLM tools and legal databases
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and collaborative
  • Interested in leveraging AI-assisted legal tools and emerging tech
