Join Rockline Industries as the Corporate Payroll Specialist.

As a Corporate Payroll Specialist, you'll be the subject matter expert (SME) for U.S. payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing for our associates. You'll play a key role in maintaining data integrity, supporting system upgrades, and developing tools and procedures that enhance payroll accuracy and compliance. This is a high-impact role where your attention to detail and process improvement mindset will shine.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process all U.S. bi-weekly and off-cycle payrolls with precision and timeliness
  • Ensure compliance with payroll laws and internal policies, including garnishments and bonus calculations
  • Audit HR data entries and train HR administrators and managers on payroll processes
  • Lead year-end payroll activities, including W-2s and quarterly filings
  • Manage system upgrades and enhancements in UKG (HCM and timekeeping modules)
  • Develop and deliver payroll-related training and documentation
  • Create and manage digital HR processes and knowledge articles in HR Help
  • Monitor legislative changes and implement necessary payroll compliance updates
  • Administer the Milestone Anniversary Yearbook program
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Accounting, and IT teams


What You'll Bring


  • Associate's Degree required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 years of payroll and HR system experience required. (UKG Pro preferred)
  • Advanced training in HR payroll, timekeeping, and support systems.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws (garnishments, taxes, FLSA, etc.)
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI reporting
  • Proven ability to train others and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience in system configuration and process improvement
