We are looking for a strategic and accomplished Vice President of IT Enterprise Platforms & AI Services to lead Enterprise Architecture, Platform Engineering, Data & Analytics, and IT Infrastructure Operations.

Reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), this leader will play a pivotal role in propelling our AI-first digital transformation strategy by delivering scalable, intelligent enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate brings deep technical acumen and a proven track record of leading AI-driven platform modernization in complex, global environments, all while inspiring high-performing teams and fostering strong cross-functional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and cultivate high-performing, inclusive teams with a culture of excellence and innovation

  • Establish a balanced and adaptable enterprise architecture practice that emphasizes both governance and agility

  • Define and socialize strategic technology roadmaps that enable AI-driven enterprise capabilities

  • Champion modern engineering practices and ensure alignment through automation-driven architecture compliance

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across product engineering, the Office of the CTO, and IT to align on shared technology goals

  • Build executive trust and promote shared accountability for IT strategy across the leadership team

  • Design and scale a self-service data and AI platform that enables experimentation, intelligence, and speed

  • Develop a reliable and scalable infrastructure platform supporting agility, performance, and global growth

  • Mentor and coach engineers and architects to build long-term organizational capability and leadership pipeline

  • Embed a service mindset and continuous learning culture throughout the IT function

Minimum Requirements
  • 15+ years of progressive IT leadership, including 5+ years in a VP-level or equivalent role

  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale transformation and platform modernization initiatives

  • Proven experience deploying AI-enabled services across business functions such as operations, infrastructure, or analytics

  • Expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud-native platforms, agile development, and automation

  • Skilled communicator capable of engaging C-level executives and engineering teams alike

  • In-depth knowledge of big data platforms, cloud architectures, APIs, and integration frameworks

  • Strong track record of influencing change across complex, matrixed organizations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as a senior technical leader in a global enterprise undergoing digital or AI transformation

  • Familiarity with enterprise-grade AI ecosystems and tools, such as AWS, OpenAI, or Snowflake

  • Understanding of AI governance, ethical AI, and model risk management principles

  • Passion for continuous learning and thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

$228,600.00 - $424,400.00
