Genesis10 is seeking an Insurance Document Associate role. This is a 12+ month contract position located in Milwaukee, WI. The shift is Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. CST. Compensation: $15.00 - 16.00 per hour. Responsibilities: Examine incoming mail to ensure it has reached the accurate destination Re-routing any misdirected mail to the accurate area Responsible for officially identifying/acknowledging receipt of all incoming mail (paper, faxes, emails, checks, fingerprinted contracts). Will need to ensure checks are valid. Report information to the underwriter, verifying required information and completing associated forms, responsible for identifying when to raise problems/exceptions to the Team Leader or Manager Receiving and slotting mail for distribution Responsible for completing underwriting and / or claims document review and audit by appropriately identifying and analyzing various types of applications and documents for all product lines by using detailed procedures and appropriate job aids Review the work for high priority insurance, mail, and / or claim documents Ability to recognize and identify misrouted forms and documents and route them appropriately. Coordinates the documents according to the guidelines for the type of product Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years prior mail experience or customer service Ability to work in a team environment A fast-paced worker and has strong attention to detail. Strong ability to coordinate and prioritize work under tight time constraints Experience with checks preferred. Basic PC proficiency Ability to work independently within established policy standards and procedures Strong team worker with proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively Ability to handle confidential information in a manner consistent with privacy laws and regulations Ability to multi-task, navigate using various systems Must be able to lift 15-20lbs consistently Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
