Supply Chain Engineer

Genesis10 is seeking a Part- Time Supply Chain Engineer for a 6-month contract position with a leading client in Duncan, SC.

Compensation: $45.00 per hour W2.

Responsibilities:

• Work with planners to reconcile customer Open Order report and shipping report.
• Follow up on RMA's and customer repair PO's
• Develop (with PM Support) centralized database or SharePoint file which matches customer QN
• Handle requests for tracking and POD's
• Respond to customer inquiries directly on above mentioned items.
• Coordinate that parts promised on key dates get shipped on that day.
• Collect data on repairs (parts and hours) to prepare to PM quote proposal
• Resolve shipping discrepancies - paperwork effort, which will also support invoices discrepancies (past due/hold)

Requirements:

• Strong in Excel
• Experience with ERP, ideally Oracle
• Initiative, Easy in communication, will find information and data even it seems not easy at the start
