- working with external clients - must be polished and represent Jazz in a professional manner - PMP not required but nice to have - ETL data - project initiating today 11/12 - network lease: building provider networks/external entities - 5+ years experience - healthcare insurance exp - straight Tech PM's will not do well in this role - Technology tools: Smartsheets/Any MS project based program, they work on Microsoft products Location: Remote Interview Process: 2-3 rounds, will be panel interviews (2 from his team then 2 from leadership team) The Business Project Manager II leads large scale new business implementations in support of business growth. In some cases, the Business PM II may be asked to participate in, or lead, unique or high-profile business initiatives. The Business PM's role is to serve as the client liaison for business implementation activities. This person leads the project team, ensure seamless and timely execution of all deliverables, and keep the strategic goals front and center throughout the process. The Business PM II must possess and demonstrate exceptional communication and facilitation skills and effectively manage competing priorities. Additionally, they must also demonstrate an ability to motivate team members, drive change, and facilitateproblem solving discussions to effectively lead the implementation and operational readiness team PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Lead large scale team engagements that include multiple deliverables. Participate in, or lead, unique or high-profile business initiatives unrelated to new client business Act as key contact with clients to ensure client needs are met; ensure timeline and deliverables stay on target. Become valued partner to clients, and ensure client and team keep goals top-of-mind. Develop and manage strategy sessions, such as brainstorming sessions, with client and team members to identify actionable business solutions. Seek input from key stakeholders on requirements, leveraging this information to effectively lead and manage to the client contract and/or state and federal regulations. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents, provide documentation and plans that are client-facing. Identify issues and risks, develop mitigation plans and drive open items to closure. Understand and communicate roles, responsibilities and expectations with subject matter experts; continually manage expectations and escalate when they are not met. Lead and attend meetings (in person and/or via teleconference) with internal and external customers in a professional and polished manner adhering to DQ company policies. Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the implementation. Provide clear and concise documentation that represents key business decisions and obtain sign-off from stakeholders. Gather information and facilitate Lessons Learned reviews; use the outcome of lessons learned to improve processes within new business implementations, both in the NBI team, and with subject matter experts. Ensure deliverables are completed in alignment with all requirements and quality expectations. Other duties as needed or required |
