YOUR IMPACT The Manager, Consumer Direct Sales will lead a team of inbound sales agents supporting Webroot and Carbonite branded products. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, optimizing team execution, and ensuring achievement of key KPIs. In addition to managing daily sales operations, this individual will actively contribute to strategic projects within the broader Consumer eCommerce organization, playing a vital role in shaping the overall DTC experience. The position reports directly to the Sr. Director of Consumer Direct Sales and collaborates closely across departments. WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Empowering and holding team members accountable to sales goals and KPIs through strong coaching and consistent performance management.
- Leading with a customer-first mindset, while fostering collaboration across Digital Sales, Marketing, Product, and eCommerce teams.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies, workflows, and processes rooted in Consumer SaaS best practices.
- Serving as a key contributor to cross-functional eCommerce projects that go beyond day-to-day sales operations.
- Using sales data and frontline insights to drive continuous improvement in team performance and customer experience.
- Supporting and executing initiatives tied to the broader DTC roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Addressing performance issues directly and constructively to maintain a high-performance culture.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- 3+ years of direct leadership experience on an inbound DTC sales team, with required expertise in Consumer SaaS models.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain a high-performing team: hiring, coaching, setting clear goals, and driving accountability.
- Proven success collaborating cross-functionally-especially within Marketing, Product, IT, and eCommerce-to execute strategic projects.
- Strong communicator able to cascade business priorities, define KPIs, and deliver actionable feedback.
- Adept at using data to identify trends, optimize sales performance, and improve customer outcomes.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience in DTC eCommerce environments strongly preferred.
- Hybrid role: must be available to work onsite in Broomfield, CO, Tuesday-Thursday.
