A non-profit organization is looking to backfill a team member on their Service Desk Team who is retiring at the end of this year. They're looking for a mid-level resource to provide 100% virtual support for their customers. Day-to-day breakdown: 60% is answering calls and 40% is around daily tasks, service queues, project work, and documentation. *Top Skills' Details * *1. Active Directory Administration - (password reset, account management, understanding access, disabling accounts, etc.)* *2. Office 365 experience - know their way around the platform* *3. Good reasoning and troubleshooting skills - experience troubleshooting hardware and software* ***Manager stressed the importance of a critical thinker*** If my printer doesn't work - walk me through your thought process. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
