Looking for someone to work as a Desktop Deployment Technician for our healthcare customer in the Denver/Aurora area. Description * Provide quality onsite/phone support to employee staff in a 24/7 environment on all company supported applications. * This can include, but not limited to, documentation, tracking and monitoring all support requests and incidents and other peripherals used in the company as well as related telecommunications systems. * Basic troubleshooting for Windows and Apple devices, basic troubleshooting of mobile devices, network troubleshooting and Microsoft applications. Ability to type a min 20 words/min, minimum. * iPhones Build - JAMF experience would be a plus, but not required, it'd mostly be working with other teams to build the phones assemble and deploy. * Desktop Refresh-has knowledge in building computers, deploying, following through with the build to make sure we don't have repeat visits, one and done if you will. Experience with having done refresh projects or large-scale deployment projects, they would definitely plus * SCCM Imaging - we're looking for general imaging knowledge and how to add groups and such, as well as the same with Active Directory, we do not get into the infrastructure side of it. * Deploying Devices, Active Directory Skills * deployment, desktop refresh, active directory, Desktop, Support, Troubleshooting, Technical support, Windows Top Skills Details * deployment exp, * deskteop refresh exp, * active directory Minimum Qualifications * Education: High School Diploma * Required Job Qualifications: iPhones Build and Deploy, Desktop Refresh, SCCM MECM Imaging, Deploying Devices, Active Directory Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
