In effort to improve patient care and efficiency, our Healthcare client is rolling out practices and assisting end-users in becoming familiar with technology transitions. The project at hand is a 1-month PC Refresh project. There is a possibility that work may extend beyond 1-month, so maintaining a flexible full-time schedule is necessary. After PCs are deployed peripherals and applications will also rollout. The goal is to upgrade end-user services to meet standards. We are hiring entry and intermediate level candidates, who have experience imaging machines, troubleshooting Windows, connecting peripherals with IP addresses, Active Directory, troubleshooting hardware issues, etc. Applicants must be able to follow directions, communicate updates with Team Leads, wear professional attire, and have very strong customer service skills. *Duties* * Technicians will be responsible for finding and documenting devices in the healthcare inventory system. * Technicians will provide an individual daily report to project leads as a back up to daily activity reported online. * Be subject to both the hospitals and ambulatory sites for our all Inventory and Assessment activities. * Install and deploy the newly acquired hardware and peripherals in preparation for go live. * Image, Deploy and Install all devices on the daily pick lists. * Unbox equipment, breakdown the packaging materials and dispose. * Ensure the site has capable devices for required workflows and all capable devices to be tested for all documented functions. * As a team, test every device and ensure 100% functionality. * Follow scripts that provide step by step instructions for testing. * Mark devices as a fail and identify those items needing adjustment. * Provide go live support and offer last minute deployment, testing, configuration or routing to sites and devices. * Take direction from the command center and troubleshoot, install, or reconfigure. * Deploy zebra label printers, WOW's, monitors, iPads, and barcode scanners. * Ensure that all deployment-related tasks are completed in accordance with project Quality Assurance measures * Demonstrate world-class customer service skills to all users * Effectively escalate any issues for resolution *Work Environment* * Healthcare, will interact with healthcare staff. * Compliance. * May drive between sites. * Onsite Team of 5-20 technicians and leads. * Our healthcare client is headquartered in Springfield, MO and has over 14,000 employees, They have 6 hospitals with 100+ clinics and 1074 beds. * 5 days a week, on-site. 40 hours a week with typical business hours will apply, but added flexibility to work off hours could be necessary on occasion * 1st and 2nd shift hours. *Interviews & Start Date * * Interviews July 28 - August 4 * 2-step process * 1-step HR Screen * 2-step Technical Screen * Start Date, August 18, 2025 *Compliance Requirements* * No certifications required * Must undergo Healthcare compliance onboarding * Drug Screen, No THC * Immunizations required *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
