Position: Financial Performance Analyst I | Division: Finance| Work Days: Monday - Friday | Hours of Operation: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Position Overview: The Financial Performance Analyst I provides comprehensive analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to support business decisions within the bank. This role is instrumental in gathering and analyzing business analytics to develop action plans and respond to business issues. The analyst works closely with various lines of business to understand trends, provide insights, and recommend solutions that influence strategy and decision-making. Additionally, this role supports the financial processes of the bank, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, while also assisting in the development and updating of performance dashboards, scorecards, and profitability reports. Essential Functions:
- Provide thorough analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to support business decisions.
- Participate in the collection and analysis of business analytics to help develop action plans and address business issues.
- Gather data to understand trends affecting various lines of business and operational functions, providing actionable insights or recommendations.
- Assist in coordinating financial processes, including the annual budget, monthly financial forecast, and long-term strategic planning.
- Aid in the development and updating of dashboards, scorecards, key performance indicators, and profitability reports.
- Maintain management reporting information in financial systems, ensuring data integrity.
- Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and studying proposed systems or method changes.
- Provide analysis of key performance indicators, dashboards, scorecards, and profitability metrics.
- Serve as the key contact for business units regarding comprehensive knowledge of existing systems, processes, strategies, and objectives.
- Share insights and observable conclusions about profitability and recommend enhancements.
- Assist in developing innovative approaches to identify and address business opportunities.
- This position may require
travel within the Bank's geographic area.
Experience & Education:
- 0-3+ years of business finance or other relevant experience.
- Four-year college degree, preferably in finance or accounting, or equivalent experience. Advanced credentials are a plus.

- High proficiency in financial analysis and modeling techniques.
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization.
