As the Enrollment Coordinator you will ensure consistent accountability of protocol subject enrollment by reviewing all enrollment documents and maintaining enrollment databases. You will create and compile various weekly and monthly reports including data from all sites.

  • You will identify enrollment issues and facilitate resolutions.

  • You will support enrolling patients onto clinical trials through recruitment

  • You will be responsible for working with the principal investigator to meet or exceed study enrollment

  • You will review the study design and inclusion/exclusion criteria with physician and patient

  • You will assess patient eligibility and discuss discrepancies with nursing staff and physicians at consult

  • You will enter patient information into Sarah Cannon database.

  • You will verify investigator and research nurse protocol training prior to patient enrollment.

  • You will develop enrollment status reports and communications with members of the appropriate team including weekly, monthly enrollment reports, monthly physician enrollment reports, and monthly total enrollment reports.

For this position you should have:

  • Knowledge of HIPAA Compliance and FDA guidelines

  • Knowledge of organization policies, procedures, systems

  • Knowledge of office management practices

  • Knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation rules

  • Ability to work effectively with staff and other internal and external sponsors and agencies

  • Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment

  • High school diploma required, Bachelor Degree preferred
