Based in Northern Virginia, Axiologic Solutions LLC, has an opportunity for you to become part of our high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key federal clients. We are currently seeking an IT Technical SME to support our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a member of the Technical Services team, directly supporting the Integrated Program Office (IPO).

  • Develop and maintain formal meeting notes, status updates and project documentation on IPO SharePoint site.

  • Support software/image release for Enterprise. Assist in the testing of major / minor release packages to include software updates, Microsoft patches, and "bug fixes" for more desktops, thick and thin, enterprise wide.

  • Provide technical support to the integration of software/ hardware approved requirements to update Services on the network.

  • Review / update Service Lane build guides to capture current state of services and hardware/software changes.

  • Review and evaluate engineering change proposal to obtain in endorsement and recommendation of changes to network configurations and enhancements.

  • Provide guidance, expertise, and coordination support Technical Review Boards, Engineering Review Boards and PMR's regarding requirements, projects, and engineering efforts.

  • Support high priority initiatives such as integration, modernization advancement, external agency migrations, and baseline release and asset management.

  • Develop IC level action responses to close out Government-level taskers.

  • Support day-to-day engineering tasks as required in the development, generation, and technical vetting of program studies/trades/plans and/or documents.

  • Support assessments of the as new capacity, locations, and capabilities are added to the current baseline.

  • Ensure community requirements are captured and analyzed in accordance with existing directives, policies, and requirements.

  • Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure coordination of requirements.

  • Ensure "best engineering" practices are applied across programs and projects.

  • Collect and apply "lessons learned" across supported projects.

  • Support Government leadership at technical and engineering meetings/ forums.

  • Support and/or lead ad hoc studies and independent studies as required.

  • Maintain knowledge of current technology and provide advice to the program leads on technology advancements.

  • Assist program lead in monitoring and tracking program schedule, action items and discrepancy reports, create and maintain master schedules of projects.

  • Prepare graphics, reports, engineering data and analysis in support of Government directed studies, reviews, conferences and briefings, as required.

  • Other tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Must have an active/current TS/SCI and ability to pass CI Poly.

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent training/experience.

  • Minimum of 10 years IT experience.

  • Working knowledge of MS Office products such as Word, Excel, Project, SharePoint.

  • Strong interpersonal, management, and organizational skills.

  • Strong research, analytical, and editing skills.

  • Ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL v3 Foundation Certification desired.

  • Experience with desktop operating systems and/or software application virtualization desired.

  • PMP desired.

Travel Requirements:

Travel may be required within Washington National Capital Region (NCR) on an as-needed basis for customer or corporate requirements.

Level of Responsibility:

Work includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment concerning matters of administrative/operational needs.

Work Environment:

  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate within a team environment.

  • Ability to type, sitting or standing, to complete work functions for hours at a time; ability to move between sitting, standing, and walking on a frequent basis.

  • This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week on site, Monday through Friday, within the contract hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
