Job Title Associate Director, HR Policy & Employee RelationsJob Description About The Role's Contributions: Weight % Accountabilities, Actions and Expected Measurable Results 60%- Collaborate with the legal team and the HR department to provide guidance on employment risk management, HR policy interpretation, application, and compliance. This role will oversee the Employee Relations Center of Excellence, including guiding or conducting fact-finding interviews and follow up in line with best practices. Additionally, this position supports the creation of offer letters, separation/severance agreements, and policy training/education, and ensures compliance with contingent worker and affirmative action/EEO regulations. 40% - Lead reporting and analysis of HR policy benchmarking and employee relations trends. Track and disseminate key learnings and best practices. Manage projects, drive process improvements, and undertake additional duties as assigned. The Role's Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent training and/or experience. SHRM designations are a plus. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Dotdash Meredith's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
