What You'll Do
|
Summary/Objective: Responsible for managing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing our HRIS platforms to support the Credit Union's Employees and business processes. Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Manage, administer, and optimize HRIS systems, including but not limited to configuration, security, user access, workflows, data imports, basic reporting requests, system upgrades, and user support.
- Assist with pilots, feature configuration, testing, implementation, and administration of enhancements for all HRIS systems
- Identify and present areas for process improvement, innovative solutions, and automation opportunities within systems to align HRIS technology with organizational goals; work in collaboration with team members to implement efficiencies
- Data Feeds & Integrations: Coordinate and monitor integration processes between HRIS systems and other systems. Audit, troubleshoot, and resolve errors in data feeds to ensure seamless and reliable data flow.
- Facilitate system configuration in support of business processes, including but not limited to:
- Configuration and administration of the HRIS platform and subsequent modules
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely resolutions
- Lead or support system upgrades, including requirements gathering, testing, and implementation
- Support HRIS Data Analysts by delivering reports and ad-hoc queries through a Business Intelligence tool
- Implementation and maintenance in partnership with IT of robotics automation tools that assist with credit union processes.
- Assist with Documentation, Training, and Support for all HR applications to serve as a system subject matter expert for both the PX Team and credit union users
- Serve as a technical liaison for external vendors and internal business partners. Monitor and manage requests and initiatives through various ticket systems (including Jira and HRIS platforms) and ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Assists in maintaining security standards across data in all systems to ensure confidentiality and appropriate role access
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Manager(s).

What You'll Need
|
Education and Experience Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a Computer Science field, or in an HRIS Analyst role
- Experience with/exposure to HRIS Platforms, Business Intelligence tools or SQL Reporting, automation or scripting tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Strong communication skills to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization, both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills to facilitate multiple objectives
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field a plus
