Program Support:
The administrative support services assistant will assist the
UNC World View team with program logistics, setup, materials and program registration in University event/reg system. Administrative details also include the following: confirmations, receipts for payments, and invoices. Preparing backup documentation for deposits, preparing main roster of program participants, guests, and speakers is important detail work. The administrative services assistant will also manage program listservs and send pre- and post-program emails on behalf of program leaders, track program drops and no-shows, create nametags for participants, speakers and guests, and staff and compile final roster.
Technology Support:
The administrative services coordinator will be knowledgeable in video communication software (i.e. hosting a Zoom video conference) will host Zoom meetings and/or webinars, and provide technology support. In addition to these core responsibilities, this position will assist in other tasks (including backup for maintaining website) required to execute office duties, as needed. Support to World View Team. The administrative services service coordinator will update records, listserv and additional office duties throughout the year.

Required Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalency and three years of progressively responsible experience in project management and program administration. Commitment to the mission of UNC World View. Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office products.

Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education |
Preferred Skills:
- Associate's degree in secretarial science, business administration, or a related discipline and one year of progressively responsible administrative/office management experience; or Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
