Your role
Mission:
Lead the Quality Control Process to achieve zero product faults, scrap, and rework through proactive lean initiatives and the "Right-from-me" concept. Roles and Responsibilities:

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support production Quality technicians.
  • Report monthly KPIs to management.
  • Develop team skills continuously.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Main responsibilities

  • Implement containment, corrective, and preventive actions using tools like fishbone, 5 Why, 8D, Shainin.
  • Monitor key KPIs (FTR, scrap, NCM/RCA cycle times); ensure policy alignment.
  • Oversee disposition of non-conforming materials and track associated costs.
  • Guide real-time Quality issue response and corrective actions.
  • Support engineering with QA criteria development and NPD validation (DFMEA, PFMEA, checklists).
  • Drive continuous improvement (5S, Lean, First-Time-Right, scrap reduction).
  • Handle RCA for customer/manufacturing issues.
  • Manage in-line/product audits and QMS documentation.
  • Enhance Quality and Cost through TCM, FPM, PQM.
  • Build company-wide Quality awareness and continuous improvement culture.
  • Support ISO audits and design change traceability (Design Notification & ERS).
  • Align factory Quality processes and support NPD qualification.

General responsibilities

  • Follow and contribute to ACMS procedures.
  • Propose ideas for innovation and improvement.
  • Maintain timely, respectful, and transparent interactions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities
  • Strong Quality passion and problem-solving mindset.
  • Effective communication, mediation, and multicultural perspective.
  • Team player; customer-focused under deadlines.
  • Ethical, detail-oriented, and procedural rigor.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's in mechanical, industrial, manufacturing, or quality engineering (GD&T knowledge).

  • 5+ years in final assembly plant (Quality/Manufacturing Engineer).

  • Supervisory experience required.

  • Strong grasp of QMS and Quality tools (6, SPC, Cpk, DOE, 5S, FMEA, 8D).

  • Experience with compressors, engines, coolers, electric panels a plus.

  • Proficient in MS Office; global business exposure preferred.

  • Fluent in English
  • ASQ certifications (Green/Black Belt, CQE, ISO Auditor) desirable.

Physical Requirements:
Desk-based work with occasional lifting up to 40 lbs.
