Full Time Field Supervisor

The company provides full-service security solutions for homes and businesses including security officer services, smart home automation, burglar and fire alarms, access control, security cameras, alarm monitoring, investigative services and background checks.

Per Mar Security Services seeking is a highly motivated and dependable Field Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple client sites. This is a leadership role requiring an experienced security professional who can lead by example, manage field personnel, ensure strict adherence to company policies, and maintain excellent client relationships when needed.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and disciplined individual with previous supervisory experience in security or law enforcement, preferably with a military or police background. This role requires mobility, flexibility, and exceptional communication skills to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support on-duty security officers at various client sites.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company and client expectations.
• Address and resolve employee or site issues promptly and professionally.
• Train, coach, and mentor security officers on policy compliance, proper uniform standards, and punctuality.
• Respond to emergency call-outs and support staff coverage during all shifts as needed.
• Ensure officers understand and enforce post orders and site-specific protocols.
• Serve as liaison between field staff and management to relay information and report incidents or concerns.
• Document and submit detailed reports on field visits, incidents, and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate with operations team to manage scheduling adjustments and staffing needs.

* Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the security industry or similar field required

* Military background highly encouraged

* Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement available)

* Must be available on-call and able to respond to staffing or emergency needs across all shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays)

* Ability to learn multiple site protocols and ensure officer compliance with all security procedures and company standards

* Must possess strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make sound decisions under pressure.

* Professional appearance and demeanor; must lead by example.

* Must be able to write clear, accurate reports and use basic technology (smartphones, email, written reports ETC)

* Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check and drug screening

* High school diploma or GED required

* Assist in managing Special Events as needed.

* Prior experience working in military police, law enforcement, or corporate security.

* Experience conducting field audits, inspections, or post checks.
