Honors College Job Description
The Honors College is excited to be hiring a Program/Project Support Coordinator II for the Missouri Scholars Academy, a three-week academic enrichment program for rising high school juniors held on the University of Missouri campus every June! This position will be a key employee in the Honors College with a wide range of responsibilities. The incumbent must have professional communication skills in every aspect of their role. The main job responsibilities will include: communication with minors and/or parents of minors to respond to inquiries; obtain and keep confidential private medical and mental health needs of minors; coordinate and plan large-scale events; prepare communication pieces for a wide-range of audiences and stakeholders; manage calendars; pay invoices; reconcile accounts; and handle all administrative tasks for the office. This position will assist with and maintain relationships with parents, minors, and school counselors in an effort to yield more high ability students to Mizzou. * Manage a wide range of lists utilizing Microsoft Excel, Qualtrics and other databases. M-F 8-5, some evenings and weekends during June Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Anticipated Hiring Range
