Summary Key Responsibilities Perform some semi-skilled mechanical trades work relating to the installation, operation, maintenance and repair of electrical, refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, ventilating, and plumbing systems fixed and moveable equipment, fixtures and units. Perform some semi-skilled building trades work in carpentry, painting, glazing, mason/tuck pointing, plastering, etc. Notify supervisor or arrange for skilled trades staff for repair and installation tasks requiring an advanced level of skill. May perform or assist with preparation of cost estimates, material orders, reports and maintenance of records. Perform other duties as assigned. Shift
3:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. Minimum Qualifications
* High school diploma or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
A valid driver's license which will allow the legal operation of a motor vehicle in the State of Missouri is required. Anticipated Hiring Range
