Location: Clayton, MO

Salary: $77,580 - $81,160
Schedule: Onsite Monday-Friday

Focus: The Product Management Specialist assists the team with executing new product processes.

Product Management Specialist Essential Job Functions:
  • Facilitate product change authorization and sales/marketing technical data collection for packaging.
  • Support manufacturing loading schedule development and execution.
  • Analyze competitive product activity and maintain information repositories.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to execute new product strategies to improve revenue.
  • Support live-fire demonstrations and event presence for relevant Media, Customers, and Consumer events.
  • Provide technical support for Shooting Promotion events.
Product Management Specialist Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree** required. Engineering, Business, Communication, Marketing, Engineering Management, or related technical field preferred.
  • Product development or relevant experience preferred.
  • Shooting, hunting, and ammunition product knowledge required.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required; Creative Design software knowledge preferred.
  • Sound analytical skills and acute attention to detail, adept at creative thinking and problem-solving.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), effective delivery of data and presentations, negotiation experience, and ability to facilitate and develop partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume workload, multiple tasks, shift demands, and willingness to be collaborative and support team efforts.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Approximately 10% travel required.

Location-Specific Requirements:

  • This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required.
