Twenty Four Seven Hotels is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk professional to join our finance team as a part-time Associate. This position is based out of our offices in Irvine, CA and works with Accounts Payable Manager to support the A/P funtion. In this role, you will help us craft inspired workplaces that enable our Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns! Position Responsibilities: Job Duties * Input and post all hotels' invoices into accounting systems. Insure and cross-check general ledger coding by the General Managers. * Upload weekly and monthly A/P open aged trial reports, check registers, and posting transaction registers into SharePoint. * Monitor vendor statement reconciliations. * Works collaboratively with other departments on projects and serve as a point of contact for projects in progress * Assist in responses to data requests from Controllers to research vendor accounts, print financial reports and other ad-hoc assignments. * Oversee Teams administration and utilization for Finance department * Establish new accounts for new/transitioning properties into the portfolio Job Requirements * 1-2 years of General Accounting experience * Experience with BirchStreet systems is requested * 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required * Organization Skills, Attention to detail and ability to multi-task required * Intermediate skill level in Excel * Mathematical proficiency * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to build positive relationship with internal customers in the field and at the Corporate Office Notice to California applicants: The California Privacy Rights Act requires that applicants be informed that Twenty Four Seven Hotels will collect certain personal information during the application process.
