Schedule: Monday - Friday \| 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Pay: $21 - $22 per hour Key Responsibilities: This role is responsible for monitoring inbound shipments using carrier reports, coordinating the receipt and movement of items to the appropriate departments, and categorizing inventory by project or company ownership. Duties include verifying quantities and part numbers, resolving serial number and open order issues, and partnering with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of priority hardware. The position also involves auditing and documenting inventory levels, using DSO and Microsoft Dynamics to reconcile discrepancies, supporting inventory and repair teams, assisting with audits, and maintaining part numbers as needed. Consistent and reliable attendance is essential. Qualifications: 1-3 years of warehouse experience in receiving, inventory handling, and stocking, with preferred experience operating forklifts and power equipment. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines through effective follow-up and problem-solving. Skilled at managing multiple tasks, adapting to workflow changes, and prioritizing projects efficiently. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally across various situations.
