Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Pay: $21 - $22 per hour Key Responsibilities: This role is responsible for monitoring inbound shipments using carrier reports, coordinating the receipt and movement of items to the appropriate departments, and categorizing inventory by project or company ownership. Duties include verifying quantities and part numbers, resolving serial number and open order issues, and partnering with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of priority hardware. The position also involves auditing and documenting inventory levels, using DSO and Microsoft Dynamics to reconcile discrepancies, supporting inventory and repair teams, assisting with audits, and maintaining part numbers as needed.
