Hours & Pay

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay Range: $75,000-$85,000/year (based on experience)

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Dress Code: Business Casual

Key Responsibilities:

As a Master Scheduler, you'll be the backbone of production planning, ensuring resources align with demand and nothing falls through the cracks. You'll be responsible for:



  • Master Scheduling & Planning:

    • Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) in alignment with demand, capacity, and inventory goals
    • Adjust plans for changes in material availability, demand fluctuations, or production delays
    • Own and lead the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process


  • Coordination & Communication:

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, procurement, sales, and inventory teams
    • Communicate updates and scheduling shifts clearly and promptly
    • Ensure production timelines align with customer delivery commitments


  • Inventory & Capacity Management:

    • Monitor material and finished goods inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess
    • Forecast material needs in collaboration with supply chain teams
    • Evaluate production capacity and recommend schedule adjustments when needed


  • Performance Monitoring & Improvement:

    • Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, schedule adherence, and production efficiency
    • Identify process inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives
    • Support lean manufacturing efforts to drive scheduling effectiveness

What You Bring to the Table:



  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems-NetSuite required
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and comfort with data analysis
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Certifications such as APICS CPIM or CSCP (preferred)
  • Experience in lean manufacturing is a plus
