Daikin Applied is seeking a talented and eager Operations Coordinator. Our Operations Coordinator supports business operations and processes by providing operational analysis and project support to multiple projects and functional groups within the business. Under intermittent supervision, the position will be responsible for coordinating project shipping logistics, project installation instructions, managing the warranty process, coordinating project startup, and providing updates to the sales team and customers regarding project status. Location: On-Site in Phoenix, Arizona

What you will do:




  • Validate all shipping requirements for projects and coordinate with shipping companies, customer, and production team



  • Collaborate with installing contractors to ensure requirements are understood and accounted for



  • Plan and schedule workflow for the entire lifecycle of multiple projects concurrently. Identify and escalate any deviations from project schedules



  • Document and analyze current processes and propose improvements



  • Coordinate with Daikin Service and other vendors to start up projects onsite



  • Communicate and forecast updates regarding logistics and warranty topics relevant stakeholders



  • Partner with customers to correct warranty concerns; finding vendors to make corrections and process invoices through Oracle



  • Maintain historical warranty data and generate monthly performance reports



  • Collaborate with the Finance and Quality teams to capture financial impact of warranty claims and manage budgets



  • Track warranty to support the design of corrective actions



  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in business administrations, operations, engineering, or related field of study
  • 3 years of related experience


Preferred Qualifications:



  • 5 years of related experience
  • Project and or construction management
  • Certification; PMP or similar
  • Experience in a manufacturing, solutions business


The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $84,300 - $106,300 in Arizona. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
