Location: This position is onsite at the Macomb service center located in Macomb, MI. The selected candidate must be within a commutable distance or willing to relocate. General Summary of Job Responsibilities The Building Utility Worker A is responsible for maintaining, operating, and repairing buildings, equipment, and facilities. This role includes troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, electrical circuits, plumbing, and carpentry work while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
