As a Data Control Specialist - Engineering Change Administrator (ECA), you'll be the central hub of our Engineering Change Order (ECO) process-ensuring product updates are accurate, timely, and seamlessly integrated into our SAP system. You'll collaborate with engineers, planners, and technical teams to maintain data integrity and support continuous improvement across the organization. This is an administrative role. An engineering background is not required for this position. It is full-time on-site in Warsaw, IN. What You'll Do Manage and route ECOs for review and approval Maintain master data and effective dates in the SAP system Track ECO turnaround times and support process improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate documentation Participate in ERP testing and support system enhancements Uphold compliance, safety, and confidentiality standards What You Bring Associate's degree, technical degree or 3+ years of document control experience in a manufacturing environment ERP system experience (SAP preferred) Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment APICS certification is a plus To see the full job description and apply enter R03634 in the Search Bar.
