ENERCON's Nuclear Services Chiefs Group is looking to hire a CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) Senior Manager. Responsibilities

This role empowers you to transform CAE workflows into engines of innovation and collaboration, setting new standards in modeling, simulation, and data management that elevate complex product design to extraordinary levels. By uniting cross-functional teams, evaluating cutting-edge tools, guiding technical problem-solving, and leading training and planning, you'll inspire a culture where precision, creativity, and excellence fuel breakthroughs in nextgeneration 3D design.

  • CAE Tools & Workflow Management: Manage and optimize CAE tools and workflows to support complex product design. Develop and implement standards for modeling, simulation, and data management
  • Collaboration & Process Implementation: Collaborate with engineering, IT, and project management to define and implement 3D design processes
  • Software & Hardware Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend CAE software and hardware solutions
  • Technical Consulting & Troubleshooting: Provide technical consulting and troubleshooting for CAE-related issues
  • Project Estimation & Planning: Oversee project estimation and resource planning for 3D design initiatives
  • Training & Onboarding: Lead training and onboarding for CAE tools and best practices


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
  • Strong background in engineering design for industrial facilities
  • Proficiency in CAE tools (e.g., Plant3D, SmartPlant, ANSYS, CATIA, Siemens NX, SolidWorks)
  • Experience with IT infrastructure needs related to high-performance computing, data storage, and data management for CAE
  • Project management and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities


Pay Range

USD $100,000.00 - USD $170,000.00 /Yr.

  • If a salary range is listed, it reflects the typical range for this full-time position based on the role, level, and location. Individual compensation within the range will be determined by factors such as work location, relevant experience, job-related skills, and education or training.
