JOIN THE TEAM COMMITTED TO DRIVING YOUR CAREER FORWARD Job Type: Full timeExempt/Non Exempt: Job Description: Join America's most trusted brand with over 100 years of service Primary Duties and Responsibilities (details of the basic job functions): Liaison with AAA Life, Underwriting, Claims, etc. and other internal and external contacts in support of case administration. Gathers needed documents such as policies, attending physician statements, etc. and related policy information to respond to questions and verify data regarding policy status and information. Retrieves data from AS400, Datafied, Elite systems, and others in order to determine policy status, policy provisions and identify incomplete or missing data. Works with AAA Life, Underwriting, Claims, attending physicians and their offices and others to obtain necessary information in order for policies to be acceptable in the systems and allow ACG and Life Agents to receive proper credit for policies. Ensures case management efforts assist in resolving policy questions and issues quickly and work toward attaining department and individual sales goals. Responds to customer calls on the Life Insurance Quote Line as well as email requests for life policy information. Answers questions directly or directs calls and emails to appropriate Agent or Department depending on the question or response needed. Regularly works and communicates with ACG Directors, Life Sales Managers and Life Specialists to support them in the work of the department. Responds to questions and requests from Agents, Managers and, AAA Life via phone and email Compiles data from multiple sources and prepares various reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, charts and graphs. Provides basic evaluation and analysis of the data and discusses findings with AAA Life, ACG Life leaders and other ACG Leaders as appropriate. Completes a variety of production/activity reports and assists in creating and sometimes delivering presentations for Life Leadership, Agents and Locations, including regular reporting of business and performance trends. Creates new reports and tracking processes as needed. Performs a variety of administrative, operational and support functions for the Life Sales Department, directly supporting at least one Life Sales Director and their Managers as needed.
