Position: Service Coordinator Location: Knoxville, TN The Service Coordinator position will report directly to the Service Manager. This position will perform administrative duties related to Overhead Crane Service operations. Job Duties: Assist service manager with customer calls and technician scheduling. Ensure adequate equipment and parts are ordered and onsite for project completion. Research and procure parts and supplies as needed for project completion. Review service tickets for completion and accuracy. Work closely with office administration for timely billing / invoicing of customers. Review inspection reports and communicate findings to customers. Any other administrative duties that may be required. Minimum Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, Overhead Crane or industrial setting a plus. Be able to effectively monitor multiple projects, with multiple deadlines, at once. Adequately assign technicians and other resources to projects based on priority level. Experience with invoicing and collections Proficient at Microsoft Office software as well as other related computer programs. Ability to learn Deshazo specific software quickly. Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers. WORKING CONDITIONS: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Lift lifting of packages no more than 15 lbs.
