Digital Marketing Coordinator

Position Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator

Work Location: Remote

Assignment Duration: 5 Months

Position Summary:

* The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the Supplemental Benefits business segment by executing critical tasks required to go to market with new products and initiatives that support the aggressive DTC channel growth goals established by the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare assets and manage submissions for compliance review and state filing

* Work closely with compliance and state filing teams to ensure assets adhere to the compliance/filing checklist

* Manage and respond to all state filing objections in a timely manner

* Gather all necessary information from a variety of sources to create mockups for state filing

* Manage the creation of deployment details for the development team

* Responsible for creating a high volume of pdf mockups and supporting documents

* Maintain the digital filing master document with timely updates on Confluence

Qualification & Experience:

* Bachelor's Degree preferred

* 5+ years of relevant experience

* Ability to work effectively in dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment

* Must balance high-priority, long-term projects with short-term, immediate deadlines

* Superior organizational skills

* Ability to effectively multi-task/juggle multiple projects concurrently

* Excellent attention to detail a must

* Skilled in Adobe Acrobat file editing

* Familiarity with Confluence a plus

* Health insurance and/or Medicare industry experience a plus, but not required
