What you'll own as the Sales Development Representative

  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, email campaigns, CRM tools).
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to generate qualified leads.
  • Qualify inbound leads and assess their potential fit for our products/services.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1+ years of experience in a sales, customer service, or lead generation role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

The pay range for this full-time position is $27.55 - $45.38 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.This position is eligible for commission.
