What We Need: 6 years of experience owning or managing B2B website or digital experiences A strong bias toward action; you spot what's broken, unclear or underperforming, and you fix it Proven ability to drive projects forward with limited direction and resources Strong understanding of B2B SaaS buyer journeys, especially in mid-market and enterprise contexts Experience translating business strategy and buyer's needs into user-centric, high-performing websites Strong familiarity with CMS tools, web analytics, landing page tools, testing platforms, marketing automation integrations, and CRO best practices A collaborative mindset and ability to partner across marketing, sales and product teams Strong understanding of SEO and paid media strategy, but focused on quality rather than quantity Key Focus Areas: Website Strategy & Experience Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and performance of the corporate website Improve messaging clarity, conversion flow, and user journey across key pages Lead segmentation efforts to differentiate and support mid-market vs. enterprise buyers Translate business goals into digital experiences that drive action Execution & Optimization Collaborate with external web development partners for technical implementation Work with product marketing and content to keep messaging up-to-date and impactful Use analytics to identify drop-offs, friction, and opportunities for improvement Build and run A/B tests and optimization to improve conversion and engagement Own CMS workflows and ensure fast turnaround on updates and changes Digital Performance & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Own and report on web performance metrics (traffic, bounce, form conversions, demo requests) Partner with demand gen and marketing ops to ensure seamless lead flow, campaign tracking, and attribution Recommend and implement CRO tactics to increase engagement and lead quality Modernization and AI-driven Experiences Stay current on trends in digital experiences, from AI-assisted personalization to new content formats Champion smarter alternatives to traditional SEO volume (e.g. content for conversion, decision tools, guided flows) Evaluate and recommend new tools and experience to better engage prospects "The position listed in this requisition is ineligible for the referral bonus award program" This position is eligible to be considered for remote hiring #LI-Remote Apply By: Friday, July 25, 2025 Pay: Pay Range is from $74,000.00 - $100,000.00 and there is an opportunity for additional commissions/incentive associated with this role.
