About the Role:

Location:Remote; with infrequent travel to corporate headquarters in Red Wing, MN for "Moments that Matter." Candidates that reside in the Twin Cities and Greater Minnesota area are preferred.

We're looking for a seasoned Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to drive enterprise-wide recruiting strategies that directly impact business growth. This role is ideal for a proactive, relationship-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, consultative environment and is skilled at sourcing top-tier talent through strategic outreach and market insight. Most of our hires are the result of engaging passive candidates and leveraging strong personal and professional networks. You'll play a key role in shaping how we attract and engage talent across the organization.

The targeted hiring range for this full-time position is $90,000 - $115,000 depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment for a diverse range of roles, including corporate, technical, sales, and leadership positions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR leaders, aligning recruiting strategies with business needs
  • Drive direct sourcing efforts using networks, digital platforms, and market intelligence to identify and engage top talent
  • Provide consultative guidance on hiring best practices, interview design, and candidate evaluation
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through thoughtful, respectful interactions
  • Serve as the ATS expert and collaborate on system integrations and optimizations
  • Contribute to broader talent initiatives including employer branding, recruitment marketing, onboarding, and process improvements
  • Stay informed on labor market trends and compliance requirements to support inclusive and effective hiring practices
  • Own and deliver talent acquisition metrics and reporting to inform decision-making
Qualifications

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including at least 4 years of direct sourcing for professional, technical, sales, and executive-level roles
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive hiring decisions at all levels, including executive leadership
  • Experience contributing to recruitment marketing and employer brand strategies
  • Strong understanding of employment law, labor trends, and talent market dynamics
  • Advanced proficiency in ATS platforms and sourcing tools, including the use of AI in talent attraction and engagement
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to execute and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Executive presence and confidence

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience in both in-house and agency recruiting environments, with a strong understanding of executive search best practices
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing platforms and tools to enhance employer brand visibility
