Leprino Lubbock is seeking a Nutrion Packaging Operator. The Packaging Operator is responsible for the safe operation of the whey baggin line. All other duties as assigned. This position pays $26 per hour. There is an additional $1 differential for hours worked between 6pm and 6am. Weekly pay.Job Duties: Responsible for the safe operation of whey bagging equipment and its associated processes, including monitoring whey powder quality, packaged product quality, completing hourly scale and metal detector checks, and reconciling bag and pallet weights. Participate in and implement continuous improvement
You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):
We Hope You Have (Preferred Qualifications): Six months of work experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in machine operation and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment are preferred Work Environment Description: The Packaging Operator must have the ability to: Must be able to lift moderate weights repeatedly throughout the shift weighing up to 50lbs. Required to stand/walk, climb steps or ladders, bend at the knees, make pipe connections, lift equipment parts throughout the shift and must have the ability to work in hot, humid, and cold areas Leprino Foods celebrates and supports diversity.
