PURPOSE: The Quality Systems Engineer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving the internal Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards (e.g., AS9100), customer-specific requirements, and internal procedures. This role acts as a key liaison during external audits and serves as a champion for quality initiatives across the plant, driving best practices in process control, documentation, auditing, and supplier management.
