• Shift: 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM (rotating schedule)
• Pay Rate: $12.47/hour
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do Daily:

• Spray paint materials as they move along the paint line
• Monitor equipment and ensure consistent paint quality and coverage
• Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Stand, bend, and move throughout the entire 12-hour shift
• Work safely in a temperature-variable manufacturing environment
• Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout protocols
• Participate in safety orientation, department training, and on-the-job learning
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area

What You Bring to the Table:

• Minimum of 6 weeks of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move continuously during long shifts
• Ability to lift 10+ lbs throughout shift and 50 lbs frequently
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn painting processes
• Dependability, good communication skills, and a safety-first mindset
