What You'll Do
  • Accurate identification of material to assign correct value
  • Provide customer service, ensures customers specs and contract requirements are fulfilled
  • Accurate record keeping of contract and deliveries
  • Print and manage mill certificates
  • Perform administrative tasks and answer incoming calls
  • Must have intermediate computer skills to navigate applications for production, and to print, scan, and delete unused tags. Microsoft office skills are highly desirable
  • Compare invoicing and bill of ladings to customer settlements to identify price or weight discrepancies
What You'll Need
  • Ability to work as a team player in a fast paced environment, with strong work ethic, pay attention to detail and find root causes for issues
  • Proficient level of computer skills: Microsoft Office Excel, Work, Outlook. SAP experience a plus, but not required
  • Assist with general administrative tasks
  • Experience with Rebar Fabrication systems - aSa strongly preferred
Your Education
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
