Job Overview and Responsibilities:
- As a Learning Strategy Support Representative, you will provide daily project support and coordination to the Learning Strategy team under Global Learning.
- You will be responsible to manage administrative tasks for existing programs in addition to collaborating on special projects.
- Assist with the design and deployment of training programs for client employees.
- Manage learning program data including administering and assist with the analysis of surveys and analysing program effectiveness and ROI.
- Manage and upkeep trackers, dashboards, and report on findings.
- Communicate with and present information to diverse audiences, including leadership.
- Draft and design high-impact written communications and PowerPoint presentations for large, diverse audiences, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational messaging and branding.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with technology vendors to ensure quality partnership.
- Collaborate frequently with different departments to develop training materials, technologies, and for cross-functional projects.
- Coordinate logistics for program participants and external consultants/faculty.
- Provide administrative support including ordering supplies, managing invoices, data management, and organizing and maintaining files.
- Coordinate and assist with the execution of meetings and events (i.e., preparing meeting materials, ordering group lunches, confirming attendees, coordinating virtual meetings).
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
Education and experience
- 2-5+ years of current experience providing project coordination and support.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) required.
- Experience using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive preferred.
- Ability to learn new technologies as they are introduced (Smartsheet, Cornerstone LMS, EdCast LXP, etc.).
- Superior follow-through, organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders, including executives and senior leadership.
- Must be committed to ongoing intellectual and professional development.
- High learning agility and ability to adapt to change.
- Great initiative with the ability to be collaborative and a team player.
- Positive, professional attitude and presence, ability to exhibit exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
