Sr. Product Marketing Program Manager The Product Marketing Strategy and Operations team is responsible for organizational effectiveness and transformational programs. We help create the processes and conditions for high performance across the team. We partner closely with product marketing leadership to drive strategy, operations and planning across the product marketing organization. And we lead programs that make things noticeably better for internal and external users. - Lead the development and execution of large-scale marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals across stakeholder groups
- Serve as a key segment partner to drive alignment and execution on key initiatives and manage complex programs
- Ability to effectively manage and deliver multiple product marketing programs concurrently
- Establish clear goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for product marketing programs
- Develop, refine, and maintain efficient processes and procedures for product marketing program management, ensuring scalability and repeatability
- Facilitate collaboration and alignment among cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product
- Collect meaningful key metrics to guide the program and communicate results frequently with senior leadership
About You You're a fit for the role of Sr. Product Marketing Program Manager if your background includes:
- 6+ years' experience in program management, product marketing, or marketing operations
- Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders, and driving results in fast-paced, dynamic environments with tight deadlines
- Established expertise in fostering and maintaining strategic partnerships with cross-functional teams, including product, commercial excellence, marketing, and other key business units
- Demonstrated experience in change management and driving organizational transformation and operational excellence
- Built and maintained a strong network of trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels
- Utilized problem-solving and analytical skills to drive business outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic solutions, with a keen eye for detail

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $99,400 - $184,600.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
