Office Supervisor

We're hiring an Office Supervisor who's motivated, organized, and ready to take the lead.

Pay: $20/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee daily operations and performance of front office staff (5-7 team members)
• Support management in reporting, scheduling, and coverage
• Monitor and correct invoice discrepancies
• Manage time and attendance records
• Handle store closings and maintain compliance with company standards
• Conduct interviews, provide training, and address performance concerns through coaching and discipline
• Perform additional duties as needed to support operations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Office Management, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable
• Previous supervisory experience managing teams of 5-7 employees
• Strong multitasking, analytical, and communication skills
• A collaborative mindset and attention to detail
