Yamhill County has one regular full-time position for a HHS Supervisor 2 in our Family and Youth team. Working in a clinic-based setting, you will be responsible for program evaluations, teaching professional techniques and skills, and providing consultations and information around activities encompassing a wide spectrum of community agencies and professional disciplines. Your regular duties in the role will include providing primary clinical and administrative supervision to the Human Services staff, this includes case load assignments, providing leadership assistance to the Program Manager, as well as developing and navigating relationships with local and state partners around program services and supports. THIS IS A NON-BARGAINING POSITION.

The Qualifications:

Required

  • A Master's degree or advanced training in a related field.
  • Five years of relevant experience with progressive responsibilities in program administration or supervision.
  • Graduate level course work and training may be substituted for up to two years' experience.
  • Credentialed as, or be able to obtain, a QMHP with licensure as LCSW or LPC.

Preferred

  • Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) credential.
  • Knowledge of Wraparound or school-based services.

Any satisfactory equivalent combination of experience and training which ensures the ability to perform the work may substitute for the above.
