Upskill our workforce of the future with new knowledge and skills to keep pushing the business forward Your Role on Our Team: The Specialist I (L1) Sales Training is responsible for supporting learning experiences that increases key competency across the function and drives desired behavior changes. It is housed in the Sales Training team who are responsible for enhancing and executing training solutions that drive direct business impact across the Milwaukee Sales Organization. Examples of duties and responsibilities:
Role level requires the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: Knowledge & Application: Develops professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Determines a course of action based on guidelines and modifies processes and methods as required. Complexity & Problem Solving: Works on problems of moderate scope which are often varied and routine where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Applies learned techniques and contribute to analysis and investigation to solve problems. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments. Collaboration & Interaction: Builds productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions. Focuses on providing standard professional advice and creating initial reports/analysis for review by experienced team professionals. Level 1: No experience necessary to excel in this role 2. Proficient interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication, attention to detail and conflict-resolution skills. 3.
