Senior Microsoft 365/ Copilot AI Administrator

TheSenior Microsoft 365/ Copilot AI Administrator is responsible for developing and managing the organization's use of AI technologies including Microsoft Copilot, Agents, Power Platform, and custom AI solutions. This role will be the project lead for developing custom AI solutions, Copilot Agents, automations with Power Automate, and Power Platform solutions for various groups across the company. Also identifying and managing any 3rd party vendors needed to handle solutions not developed in house. This role requires good listening skills, requirements gathering, task management, and technical expertise with Copilot Studio and Power Platform, along with deep understanding of the AI industry. This role will regularly meet with various parts of the company, collect requirements, develop, rollout and support solutions.

Expected Outcomes:

• AI/Copilot/Power Platform IT Lead:
  1. Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of AI solutions, Copilot agents, Power Automate flows, and Power Platform solutions to support business needs.
  2. Meet with various groups across the company to collect requirements and develop/support solutions.
  3. Identify/manage any 3rd party vendors needed for advanced custom solutions not able to be developed in house.
  4. Explore other Microsoft AI options including Azure AI for in house custom AI development beyond agents/automation.
  5. Stay on top of the quickly changing AI industry to ensure Weston is utilizing the best options available to us as a Microsoft company.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 Management & Support:
  1. Assist other IT members with managing SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 offerings.
  2. Occasionally work with employees to provide IT support for Microsoft 365 offerings.
  3. Good general understanding of Microsoft 365 offerings and the admin centers of each.
• Assist with IT Project Management:
  1. Assist the Business Systems team with moving various IT projects through completion by taking a lead role in their management.
  2. Meet with employees to collect requirements and develop a project plan to meet their needs around various IT initiatives.

Location: West Chester, PA

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 offerings, with high-level expertise in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps), and SharePoint Online.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, customizing agents and Azure AI technologies.
• Strong understanding of the AI industry and keeping up with the latest technologies.
• Experience managing IT projects, gathering requirements, and handling task management.
• Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication abilities.

Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors.

Salary Range: $101,988-$135,198-$168,100
