Position Description:
As a Research Program Coordination III in Anesthesiology you will work independently under the administrative direction of the Research Operations Manager to coordinate the day-to-day administrative activities of the Research Division. Function as a key coordinator for department administrative operations involving space, facilities, administrative resources, and special projects. Provide direction and guidance to the team to facilitate the achievement of the program's goals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional policies.
- Enter and process purchase orders, standing purchase orders and check requests. Resolve purchasing issues.
- Schedule and manage material resources and inventory.
- Organize and prepare reimbursement expense reports.
- Coordinate the development of program materials including educational materials, marketing materials, websites, forms, and reports.
- Work with Research Operations Manager to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive databases and files related to the program.
- Develop and manage program budget.
- Collect, analyze, and disseminate program and financial data. Report program and financial data and progress to program stakeholders.
- Participate on appropriate committees relevant to the advancement of the program and the profession.
- Other duties as assigned.

Appropriate experience may be substituted on equivalent basis.
Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Required Experience: 5 years
