Job Description: Airbus US Manufacturing Facility is looking for a FAL Mobile Digital Site Relationship Manager to join our Final Assembly Line based in Mobile, AL. The Site Relationship Manager role consists in being the Digital focal point towards the FAL Management (L3/L4/SLT) on any Digital related topics. The Site Relationship Manager serves as Digital relay for Digital roadmap, addressing all Business demands to the corresponding PSLs and Product Managers. The Site Relationship Manager will ensure the alignment between Digital and the FAL Business priorities. He/She will secure the communication both ways between the Digital community and the FAL management team. He/She will organize on a regular basis projects and services reviews for the FAL Business functions under the responsibility of the Digital PSLs (Digital Operating Model). Digital Single go-to person with the right level of seniority. The SRM will address to the Digital PSLs the relevant plant inputs:
Compilation of Plant Demand Priorities for Digital PSLs; local view and consistency of the Digital products and services being used & their roadmap, working in collaboration with the local and central teams (Digital/Business), Digital top incidents, PPS1 and their mitigation plan etc. The site's consumption, chargeback and value of Digital and how it evolve (Digital competitiveness), The SRM follows usage and performance of Digital products and services in the plant/FAL, The SRM will participate in the operational and management routines needed in the plant:
Represent Digital in local forums (local governance, relationships with local governments if needed, R&T centers) Coordinate local Digital Operations of the Plant (Execution of Digital services at FAL Mobile - Cross Domain), Manage & be responsible for AAIO subcontracted services delivery within the FAL Mobile, acting as the face of Digital management locally and appropriately providing feedback on performance of contract management. Ensure compliance, safety and wellbeing of the AAIO subcontracted team on site, AOP planning coordination for FAL Mobile, but providing advice where necessary on the local needs of the FAL to Digital product managers and PSLs,

Participate in the Operational and management routines in the FAL (SQCDP panels, Digitalization, Management and local crisis Boards). Serve as first point of escalation for all Digital related FAL end-users issues (coordinate L3/L4 FAL Digital topics). Acts as an advocate on behalf of business stakeholders to ensure Digital services & products meet his/her business priorities and needs. Manage Digital top incidents, problems and their mitigation plans, etc. Responsible for Business Requirements consolidation and coordination with the Product Managers for applications/solutions/services fulfilling local business needs. Define and revise Service Level Requirements with local Business stakeholders and drive Digital competitiveness at Site level, Monitor the level of service according to agreed SLA established with the business (FAL). Liaise and synchronize with the Digital infrastructure team to ensure smooth deployment and appropriate level of performance of the end to end services. Represents Digital and promotes its vision, values, services, and capabilities.

Partner with the business to better understand Operations processes in order to propose innovative / digital solutions bringing value to the business in coordination with the Domain PSLs and Product Manager (Support Operations activities and manage the associated demand). SRM will contribute to the Digital Products deployment in the plants supporting the link with the key local stakeholders and anticipating any risks or opportunity and providing a view of the local consistency taking into considerations the local deployment of other Digital Products and the FAL production activities. Collect and Coordinate local Business needs and address to the relevant PSL. Drive continuous improvement of all products and services within the Industrial Solutions Product/Service, in all aspects (financial, user experience, efficiency, effectiveness, simplification, technical performance, cyber security, resilience, obsolescence etc.) and across the full application lifecycle (design, build, run). Benchmark innovative solutions that can bring benefits to the FAL, in line with the overall Digital Domain strategy. Collaborate with the business on one side and with the infrastructure teams on the other side to ensure the proper design and implementation of business application projects in the frame of local or division wide or group wide initiatives. Support when needed the delivery/deployment of Digital projects on time, on costs and on quality. Prepare the run mode and ensure a smooth transition to the application services team by supporting the Product manager. Monitor & Support the application solutions afterwards according to established SLA. Regularly review the performance of the projects and of the services for the FAL end-users.
[Digital Roadmap]: 30%
Partner with the business to better understand Operations needs in terms of Digitalization and Innovation. Benchmark Innovation and Digital Initiatives from North America, Airbus Divisions , or from the Aeronautical Industries. Support the Digital Roadmap governance to secure the execution of all projects. Be aligned with the A/C program on implementing digital solutions in line with the Airbus Standards and under Product Managers responsibility.
[Planning & Budgeting]: 20%
Contribute to the yearly Digital Master Plan exercise by providing inputs / opportunities to the Digital Governance team. Evaluate costs and budget requirements (OPEX and CAPEX) for the foreseen projects and services for FAL. Follow-up budget and costs related to projects and services activities with the Domain PSLs.

Collaborate with global Airbus Digital for Operations PSLs to develop and improve standards. Ensure compliance with Airbus Digital for Operations products standards, security standards & evolving cyber security requirements.

MBA (Master in Business administration) or Master in Sciences is required for this role (Degree in Information Technology or an equivalent combination of education and experience). Demonstrate 10 years as IT Director/IT Manager or IT site relationship manager. Minimum 10 years of experience in application development or deployment and support in the manufacturing environment. Master or PMP certification with Proven track record on Project Management experience in the manufacturing environment. At least 5 years of Project Management experience in the manufacturing environment. C-Level and site communications experience. Demonstrate 10 years of experience in people/stakeholder management. Knowledge of infrastructure components and infrastructure services. Understanding of Airbus Digital standards, projects and services methodologies and procedures is a plus. Knowledge of IS supplier landscape in North America is a plus. Knowledge in the areas of manufacturing, supply chain, logistics and quality processes. Knowledge in Analytics and Visual Management business needs. Projects and Services Management skills. Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and facilitation skills. Fluency in English is mandatory, German, Spanish or French language skills are a plus. Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solution knowledge. SAP Manufacturing solution knowledge. SAP, SAP BW and BI Suite, Tibco Spotfire, Google data studio, Tableau or alternative analytics visualization tool.
