Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world's leading global law firms with offices in strategic hubs of commerce, law, and government across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking to hire an Information Technology Operations Analyst to manage and maintain the integrity of our enterprise product catalog.

Reporting to the Manager of IT Products, the IT Busines Analyst candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with Service Owners, Procurement, Privacy, Information Security, and business stakeholders to maintain a single source of truth for product usage and entitlements.

This position can reside in most US offices and offers a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule. Regular working hours are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and update the enterprise product catalog to ensure accurate information on software and hardware assets, including licensing, terms of use, and associated compliance requirements.

  • Work closely with procurement and vendor management to validate license counts, contract terms, and renewal schedules.

  • Collaborate with Information Security and Privacy teams to capture compliance requirements, risk profiles, and approved use cases for each product.

  • Proactively communicate product compliance status to Service Owners.

  • Ensure catalog entries reflect actual usage across business units and flag discrepancies for review and resolution.

  • Support audits and internal reviews by providing product and license information in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Track and document lifecycle status of products (e.g., approved, deprecated, pending review).

  • Identify and address gaps in catalog data by conducting research, engaging stakeholders, or liaising with vendors.

  • Create and manage reports and dashboards to communicate product metrics, compliance status, and usage trends to leadership.

  • Assist in the development of governance frameworks and standard operating procedures for product catalog management.

Experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university and minimum of four (4) years professional working experience as a business analyst; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Familiarity with software license models (e.g., subscription, perpetual, user-based).

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to process complex information.

  • Solid understanding of IT governance and compliance concepts.

  • Experience working with procurement, legal, or vendor management teams.

  • Understanding of data privacy and security frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).

  • Ability to develop reports and visualizations in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
