The Nurse Services
Supervisor II oversees clinical operations for the Cardiac Cath Labs and
Procedure Room, ensuring quality patient outcomes, regulatory compliance and
optimal staff performance. This role supports 24-hour clinical management
responsibilities, including staffing oversight, workflow coordination,
performance monitoring and mentoring of nursing and ancillary staff. As a leader,
you will foster a professional, collaborative work environment and drive
improvements in patient care, staff development, and operational efficiency.
The role also emphasizes evidence based practice, quality improvement
initiatives, data-driven decision-making, and effective communication to guide
clinical teams and improve outcomes. As our Supervisor, we expect that you
serve as a clinical expert, educator, and mentor, advancing staff competency,
professional growth, and patient-centered care practices.

Salary Range:
$59.67 - $138.60 Hourly

Qualifications
  • Current California
    RN license - required
  • BSN - required
  • MSN - preferred
  • MBA, MHA, MPH or MHL - preferred along with
    BSN
  • ACLS, BCLS and PALS from the American Red
    Cross or American Heart Association - required
  • At least 5 years of Cath Lab nursing experience
  • At least 5 years of acute care experience
    and progressive leadership positions
  • Official Transcripts and/or original diploma
    from a registered nursing program must be provided upon hire
