Job Summary: The Experienced Senior Associate, Management Consulting role will be part of a Management Consulting team supporting projects in the areas of ERP Integration, Software Selection, and and Business Process Improvement. Job Duties:
- Creates and determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
- Designs new computer programs by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
- Improves systems by studying current practices, designing modifications
- Recommends controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures
- Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget
- Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
- Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures
- Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users
- Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
- Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Travels up to 50% of the time, including international
- Other duties as required

- Bachelor's degree, required
Experience:
- Three (3) or more years of professional experience in Business Analysis, required
- Client facing consulting experience, required
- Oil and gas industry experience, preferred
License/Certifications:
- One (1) or more of the following professional certifications, preferred:
- CISSP, CEH, CPT, OSCP, OSCE, and/or CISM
Software:
- ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Syteline, JDE, IFS, Dynamics, etc.), preferred
- Enterprise Software Selection experience, preferred
Language:
- Fluent in Spanish, written and verbal, preferred

- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
- Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills
- Strong business process analysis & design and process flow skills, preferred

- Capable of working well under pressure while dealing with unexpected problems in a professional manner
- Approximately 50% out-of-town travel, include international travel
Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography. National Range: $70,000 - $115,000 Maryland Range: $70,000 - $115,000 NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $70,000 - $115,000
