Summary
At DSV, We are seeking a motivated and service-minded IT Intern to support our Regional IT Services team based in Lancaster, TX. This internship provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a large-scale IT environment that spans over 70 countries and 700+ sites. You'll assist with various IT tasks that support both our office and warehouse operations while learning foundational skills in IT support and infrastructure.

Duties and Responsibilities
Technical & Operational Support
* Assist in the day-to-day operation and maintenance of IT systems
* Learn and follow basic IT tasks and workflows
* Manage and respond to IT support tickets using ticketing systems
* Troubleshoot end-user hardware, software, and printing issues
* Participate in user workstation setups, moves, and basic installations
* Support end users directly by providing timely and professional IT service
* Work with various platforms including Citrix, Dell, Lexmark, and Cisco equipment

Project Involvement
* Participate in local IT projects, including end-user relocations and hardware deployments
* Contribute to IT documentation and best practice development

Corporate & Compliance Responsibilities
* Represent the IT team professionally in interactions with internal and external partners
* Comply with company policies, IT security standards, and regulatory guidelines
* Participate in ongoing learning and development opportunities
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Educational background / Work experience / Minimum Qualifications
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Information Technology or related field

* Business Fluent in English
* Preferably good command of local language

* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
* Willingness to learn IT applications and support tools

Physical Demands

For this position, the expected base pay is:$20/ Hourly. Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, geographical location, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
